Spinach, Strawberry & Goji Berry Smoothie

Bright red goji berries have a tangy flavour that's a little like cranberries. They've been eating them in China for over 2000 years and we're pairing them with sweet strawberries, creamy banana, tender baby leaf spinach and a splash of almond drink to bring them all together.

Ingredients you'll need
- 250g strawberries
- 50g baby leaf spinach
- 1 banana
- 15g goji berries
- 250ml almond drink
From your kitchen
- Couple of ice cubes (optional)
Step by step this way
- 1.
Pull the leaves from the strawberries and add the berries to the blender. Peel and break in the banana. Scatter in the goji berries and pack in the spinach leaves.

Pour in the almond drink and a handful of ice cubes if you like. Whiz till smooth, then serve.
