Ingredients you'll need
  • 2 mangoes
  • 4 oranges
  • 1 lime
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper
Step by step this way

    Peel the mangoes then cut away the flesh from the stone. Juice the orange and lime. Place the mango and citrus juices in a high speed blender with a small pinch of cayenne. Add a handful of ice or a cup of water. Blitz until smooth.

    Mangoes a little firm? Pop in warm place nestled next to your free banana and it should ripen up in a day or so.
