  • 1 mango
  • 4 oranges
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper

    Peel the mango and slice the flesh off the stone. Discard the stone. Peel the oranges and separate the orange segments. Pick out any pips. Pop the fruit into a blender with a cupful of ice and a pinch or two of cayenne pepper. Whizz till smooth. Add more cayenne to taste.
