Spiced Chococado Thickie

Creamy avocado and tender baby spinach bring the green to this rich smoothie swirled with dark, delicious cocoa powder and a dash of cinnamon spice, and swirled together with smooth pouring yogurt.

Ingredients you'll need
- 1 avocado
- 2 bananas
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 50g baby leaf spinach
- 250ml pouring yogurt

Step by step this way

Halve the avocado and scoop out the stone. Scoop the flesh into your blender. Peel and break in the bananas. Sprinkle in 1 tsp cocoa powder and ½ tsp of cinnamon. Scatter in the baby spinach leaves.

Pour 250ml pouring yogurt into the blender (save the other half of the bottle for the Rhubarb Maple Shake). Add a handful of ice cubes. Blend till smooth, adding a splash of water to loosen the texture if needed. Pour into glasses and serve.
