Ingredients you'll need
  • 2 sharon fruit
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 lime
  • 125g dairy free coconut yogurt
From your kitchen
  • Sea salt
  • A few ice cubes
Step by step this way

    Slice the leaves and stalks off the sharon fruit. Roughly chop the sharon fruit and pop them in a blender. Peel and break in the bananas. Squeeze in the juice from the lime. Add a little pinch of sea salt.

    Spoon the yogurt into the blender and add a few ice cubes. Blitz till smooth. If the lassi is too thick, trickle in a little water till you get the consistency you want.

  • Tip

    Ice, ice baby
    For an ice cold lassi, peel and slice the bananas the day before and freeze them overnight. Make the smoothie with the frozen bananas, leaving out the ice cubes.
