- 2 large handfuls of baby leaf spinach
- 4 pears
- 1 lemon
Roughly chop the pears and lemon and feed through your juicer along with the spinach.
Or, to make a smoothie, roughly chop the pears, discarding the stem and seeds (keep the skin on for more goodness, or peel if you prefer a smoother smoothie). Blend with the spinach, 250ml water and lemon zest and juice to taste.
