Ingredients you'll need
- 2 apples
- 2 pears
- 50g watercress
- 1 lemon
- 35g walnuts

- 1.
Roughly chop the apples and pears, discarding the stones and seeds. Pop into a blender with the watercress, lemon zest and juice, a pinch of mixed spice and walnuts. Blend till smooth. Whiz in 300ml cold water, little by little, more or less, to till it's just right for you. Add more spice, too, if you fancy.
