Raspberry, Pine Nut & Cinnamon Smoothie

This perky pink smoothie blends sweet-sharp raspberries with creamy bananas, rich, buttery pine nuts and a fragrant pinch of cinnamon, all whizzed together with a lovely glug of tiger nut drink.

Ingredients you'll need
- 125g raspberries
- 25g pine nuts
- 1 banana
- A pinch or 2 of ground cinnamon
- 330ml tiger nut drink

- A few ice cubes

Step by step this way

Tip the raspberries into your blender. Shake in the pine nuts. Peel and break in the banana. Add a pinch of cinnamon (it has plenty of flavour, so add a little at first – you can add a more later if you like).

Pour in 330ml tiger nut drink (save the rest of the carton for this week’s other smoothies). Add a handful of ice cubes and whizz till smooth. Taste, add a pinch more cinnamon if you like and whizz again. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
