Ingredients you'll need
- 1 banana
- 125g raspberries
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 50g dried dates
- 330ml hazelnut drink

- A couple of ice cubes
You'll need
- Blender
- Measuring jug
Step by step this way

Peel and break the banana into your blender. Tip in the raspberries. Spoon in the peanut butter. Roughly chop the dates and add to the blender.

Pour in 330ml hazelnut drink (save the rest for your other smoothies this week) and drop in a couple of ice cubes. Blend till smooth and pour into glasses.
