                    Juicy British summer raspberries blitzed with sweet bananas and a nutty dash of maca root powder, plus a zesty spritz of lime for a burst of sherbety tang.

                    Ingredients you'll need
                - 2 bananas
- 125g raspberries
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp maca root powder
- 330ml tiger nut drink

                    - A few ice cubes
You'll need

Step by step this way
                    - 1.Peel and break the bananas into your blender. Tip the raspberries to the blender. Zest in the lime and squeeze in the juice from half. 
- 2.Tip in 1 tsp maca root powder and pour in 330ml tiger nut drink (save the rest for this week’s other smoothies). Add a few ice cubes then whizz till smooth and thick. Taste and squeeze in a little more lime juice if you like, pour into a couple of glasses and serve.
