- 2 bananas
- 125g raspberries
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp maca root powder
- 330ml tiger nut drink

Step by step this way

Peel and break the bananas into your blender. Tip the raspberries to the blender. Zest in the lime and squeeze in the juice from half.

Tip in 1 tsp maca root powder and pour in 330ml tiger nut drink (save the rest for this week’s other smoothies). Add a few ice cubes then whizz till smooth and thick. Taste and squeeze in a little more lime juice if you like, pour into a couple of glasses and serve.
