- 125g raspberries
- 1 banana
- A handful of mint, leaves only
- 1 tbsp honey
- 330ml brown rice drink
- A few ice cubes
Tumble the raspberries into your blender. Peel the banana and break it in. Scatter in the mint leaves. Drizzle in 1 tbsp honey.
Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender and top up with 330ml brown rice drink. Whizz till smooth, then have a taste and add more honey if needed. Pour into glasses and serve.
