We’re a fool for this pud-inspired smoothie that mixes sweet summer raspberries with organic honey and a tingly zing of mint, swirled with creamy brown rice drink for a smooth, sippable seasonal treat.

Ingredients you'll need
  • 125g raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • A handful of mint, leaves only
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 330ml brown rice drink

  • A few ice cubes
Step by step this way

    Tumble the raspberries into your blender. Peel the banana and break it in. Scatter in the mint leaves. Drizzle in 1 tbsp honey.

    Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender and top up with 330ml brown rice drink. Whizz till smooth, then have a taste and add more honey if needed. Pour into glasses and serve.
