Raspberry Cranachan Smoothie

This smoothie spin on the classic Scottish pud might be light on the whisky, but it’s packed with sweet raspberries, nutty oats and almonds, plus juicy pears and a creamy glug of oat drink. We’ll raise a glass to that.

Ingredients you'll need
- 2 pears
- 125g raspberries
- 35g flaked almonds
- 20g oats
- 330ml oat drink
From your kitchen
- A few ice cubes

- Measuring jug
Step by step this way

Quarter the pears and slice out the cores. Roughly chop the pears and add to your blender. Tip the raspberries and flaked almonds into the blender. Shake in the oats.

Pour in 330ml oat drink (save the rest for this week’s other smoothies). Add a few ice cubes and blitz smooth, then pour into 2 glasses and serve.
