Ingredients you'll need
  • 1 avocado
  • 125g raspberries
  • 1 lime
  • 250ml almond drink
From your kitchen
  • A few ice cubes

Step by step this way

    Halve the avocado and scoop the flesh into your blender, discarding the stone. Tip in the raspberries. Zest in the lime and squeeze in the juice from 1 half.

    Pour in the almond drink and add a few ice cubes then whizz together. Taste and add a little more lime juice if you like.
