- 1 avocado
- A 125g punnet of raspberries
- A handful of basil
Step by step this way

Cut your avocado in half. Discard the stone and scoop out the flesh. Tip into a high speed blender with the raspberries and basil, stalks and all. Add a cupful of water or ice. Blitz, then enjoy!
