Ingredients you'll need
- 2 apples
- 1 orange
- 25g mixed seeds
- 125g raspberries
- 330ml hazelnut drink

- A few ice cubes

Step by step this way

Quarter the apples and slice out the cores. Roughly chop the apples and add them to your blender. Halve the orange and squeeze in the juice. Tumble in the raspberries.

Scatter in the mixed seeds. Pour in 330ml hazelnut drink (save the rest for this weeks other smoothies). Drop in a few ice cubes then whizz till smooth and pink.
