Ingredients you'll need
  • 125g raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear
  • 250ml hazelnut drink
From your kitchen
  • A handful of ice cubes

Step by step this way

    Slice the cores out of the kale and roughly chop the leaves. Chop half the cucumber (see our tip below). Pop the kale and cucumber into your blender. Peel and break in the banana and tip in the oats.

    Pour in the coconut drink and add a handful of ice cubes. Whizz till smooth, green and creamy, then pour into 2 glasses and serve.
