A fruity smoothie with a spicy kick, this beauty blitzes sweet apple and jammy raspberries with lovely green spinach leaves and a warming wake-up call from fresh ginger.

Ingredients you'll need
  • 1 apple
  • 125g raspberries
  • A thumb of ginger
  • 50g baby leaf spinach
  • 330ml hazelnut drink

  • A few ice cubes

Step by step this way

    Slice the apple into quarters. Cut out the core, and add the apple to your blender. Tip in the raspberries. Peel the ginger and grate it into the blender. Tuck in the baby spinach leaves.

    Pour 330ml hazelnut drink into the blender (save the rest for this week’s other smoothies). Add a handful of ice cubes. Whizz till smooth, then pour into a couple of glasses and serve.
