Purple Hazelnut Swirl

Ingredients you'll need
- 2 beetroot
- 1 banana
- 125g blueberries
- 250ml hazelnut drink
From your kitchen
- A few ice cubes
Step by step this way

Scrub the beetroot, trim the tops off then roughly chop them (no need to peel although you can if you prefer). Tip them into your blender.
- 2.
Peel and break the banana into the blender, Tumble in the blueberries. Add a few ice cubes, pour in the hazelnut drink and blitz till smooth. Pour into glasses to serve.
