- 400g nectarines
- 1 banana
- 40g tahini
1. Peel the banana and chop into slices. Halve the nectarines, remove the stone and roughly chop the flesh. 2. Pop into the food processor with the tahini and a large cupful of ice or water. Blitz till smooth and creamy.
