Ingredients you'll need
- 1 pomegranate
- 2 oranges
- 1 banana
- 50g baby leaf spinach
From your kitchen
- 250ml cold water
- A few ice cubes
Step by step this way
- 1.
Roll the pomegranate around in your hands to loosen the seeds. Slice in half. Hold half over a bowl, cut-side down, and tap with a wooden spoon to shake out the seeds. Repeat with the other half. If any seeds won’t come out, pull them away from the white pith. Tip the seeds into your blender.
- 2.
Slice the skin and white pith off the oranges, then use a small sharp knife to slice the orange flesh out of the papery membranes. Add the orange flesh to the blender and squeeze them membrane over the top to squeeze in any juice.
- 3.
Peel and break in the banana. Tuck in the baby leaf spinach. Pour in 250ml water and add a few ice cubes. Blitz till smooth and combined.
