- 4 pears
- A 400ml tin of coconut milk
- Seed from 4 cardamom pods
- 1 lime
Step by step this way

Roughly chop your pears, discarding stems and seeds (leave the skin on for extra goodness or peel first, if you prefer).

Pop into a blender with the coconut milk, the seeds from your cardamom pods and a squeeze of lime juice. Whizz till smooth.
