Late-summer plums and creamy banana mix it up with cool cucumber and a splash of dairy-free hazelnut drink to make a fresh and fruity seasonal smoothie.

Ingredients you'll need
- 200g plums
- ½ cucumber
- 2 bananas
- 250ml hazelnut drink

- A few ice cubes

Step by step this way
- 1.
Slice the plums in half and remove the stones. Roughly chop the plums and add to your blender.
- 2.
Halve the cucumber, chop 1 half into bite-sized chunks and add them to the blender. Peel and break in the bananas.
- 3.
Pour in the hazelnut drink and add a handful of ice cubes. Blitz, then pour into glasses and serve.
