Ingredients you'll need
  • 4 plums
  • 125g blueberries
  • 1 lime
  • A handful of basil, leaves only
From your kitchen
  • A few ice cubes
  • 250ml cold water
Step by step this way

    Slice the sweet plum flesh off the stones and add it to your blender. Tip in the blueberries. Finely grate in the zest and squeeze in the juice from the lime. Pick the basil leaves off their stalks and add them too.

    Tip a couple of ice cubes into the blender. Pour in 250ml cold water. Blitz till smooth and combined, then serve straight away.
