- 400g plums
- 1 apple
- A handful of basil, leaves only
- 1 lime
- 330ml dairy free mylk
- A few ice cubes
Halve the plums and scoop out the stones. Quarter the apple and cut out the core. Add the plums and apple to your blender. Tear in the basil leaves. Grate in the lime zest and squeeze in half of the juice.
Add a handful of ice cubes into the blender. Pour in 330ml of the dairy free mylk. Whizz till smooth, then pour into glasses and serve.
