Plum & Apple Smoothie

Juicy ripe plums and crisp, sweet apples get all mixed up with a refreshing thwack of ginger and a good glug of tiger nut drink to make a refreshing smoothie with a kiss of spice.

Ingredients you'll need
  • 4 plums
  • 2 apples
  • A thumb of ginger
  • 330ml tiger nut drink
From your kitchen
  • A few ice cubes

Step by step this way
  • 1.

    Halve the plums and scoop out the stones. Tip the plums into your blender. Quarter the apples and slice out the cores. Add the apples to the blender. Peel and grate in the ginger.

    Pour in 330ml of the tiger nut drink and add a handful of ice cubes. Blend till smooth, then pour into glasses and serve.
