Ingredients you'll need
- 1 pineapple
- 1 lime
- A handful of mint, leaves only
- 50g kale
- 335ml maple water
From your kitchen
- A few ice cubes
Step by step this way
- 1.
Slice the leaves off the pineapple and halve it. Slice the skin off the pineapple, scooping out any tough ‘eyes’ left behind with the tip of your knife. Roughly chop the flesh, discarding any woody bits of core. Pop the chopped pineapple into your blender.
- 2.
Finely grate the lime zest into the blender and squeeze in the juice. Pick the mint leaves off their sprigs and add them to the blender. Slice the thick cores out of the kale, then tuck the soft leaves into the blender.
- 3.
Add a few ice cubes and pour over the maple water. Whizz till smooth and combined. Serve straight away.
