- 4 cardamom pods
- 300g beetroot
- 600g carrots
- 1 lemon
Crush the cardamom pods in a pestle and mortar. Discard the green papery husks. Crush the seeds till you have a fine powder.
Feed the beetroot, carrot and lemon through the juicer (peel the lemon if you like). Pour into two glasses and swirl in the cardamom powder.
