Perfectly Pink Plum Smoothie

The sugar plum fairy has sent us some fruity inspiration this summer, so we’re blitzing up a perfect pink storm of sweet plums, ruby red raspberries and creamy yogurt.

Ingredients you'll need
- 2 plums
- 1 banana
- 125g raspberries
- 250ml pouring yogurt
From your kitchen
- 150ml cold water
- A few ice cubes
Step by step this way

Halve the plums, scoop out the stones and then roughly chop the plums. Scoop them into your blender. Peel and break the banana into the blender. Tip in the raspberries.

Pour half the bottle of pouring yogurt into the blender (about 250ml – keep the rest of the yogurt for the Melon & Spinach Shake). Add 150ml cold water and a few ice cubes, then blitz till smooth. Serve straight away.
