Peppery Pineapple Lassi

Ingredients you'll need
- 1 pineapple
- 100g watercress
- 450g Greek style yogurt
From your kitchen
- A cupful of ice
Step by step this way
- 1.
Cut the pineapple top off and carve away the skin. Chop the pineapple into small chunks. Place into your blender with the watercress and yogurt.

Add a large cupful of ice to the blender. Blitz together till smooth.
