Pear, Pine Nut & Honey Smoothie

Ingredients you'll need
- 3 pears
- 25g pine nuts
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp honey
- 330ml tiger nut drink

- A few ice cubes
Step by step this way

Cut the pears into quarters and slice out the cores. Drop the pear wedges into your blender. Tip in the pine nuts. Peel the banana and break it into the blender. Drizzle in 1 tbsp honey.

Give the carton a gentle shake, then pour in 330ml tiger nut drink (save the rest for the this week’s other smoothies) and add a handful of ice cubes. Whizz till smooth, then serve.
