- 1 fennel bulb
- 100g baby leaf spinach
- 1 lemon

Roughly chop the pears and fennel and feed them through your juicer with the spinach. Juice the whole lemon, peel and all, for maximum goodness, or just squeeze in a drop or two of fresh lemon juice at the end.
