Ingredients you'll need
  • 4 pears
  • 2 clementines
  • A thumb of ginger
  • 100g cavolo nero
  • 300ml maple water
From your kitchen
  • A cupful of ice
Step by step this way

    Quarter the pears and slice out the cores. Roughly chop the pears. Peel the skin from the clementines and discard it. Segment them. Roughly chop the ginger. Slice the stems from the cavolo nero and finely slice the leaves.

    Place everything in your blender with the maple water and a cup of ice. Blend till smooth.
