We’ve whizzed together the best of two American classics – peanut butter and jelly, and peanut butter and banana – blitzing sweet bananas with tart raspberries and rich peanuts to make a marvellous smoothie.

Ingredients you'll need
- 2 bananas
- 125g raspberries
- 35g peanuts
- 330ml brown rice drink
From your kitchen
- A few ice cubes

- Measuring jug
Step by step this way

Peel and break the bananas into your blender. Tip in the raspberries and peanuts.

Pour in 330ml brown rice drink (save the rest for this week’s other smoothies). Add a few ice cubes then blitz till smooth.
