That's right: it's American's finest sandwich, the PB&J, but in a smoothie. Jammy raspberries, sticky peanut butter, sweet bananas, a pinch of oats and dairy-free mylk to bring it all together.

Ingredients you'll need
  • 2 bananas
  • 125g raspberries
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 20g oats
  • 330ml dairy-free whole mylk
From your kitchen
  • A few ice cubes
You'll need
  • Blender
  • Measuring jug
Step by step this way

    Peel and break the bananas into your blender. Tip in the raspberries. Add 1 tbsp peanut butter. Shake in the oats.

    Pour in 330ml whole mylk (keep the rest for this weeks other smoothies). Add a few ice cubes then blend till smooth and creamy.
