  • 1 mango
  • 100g baby leaf spinach
  • A thumb of turmeric
  • 25g sesame seeds
  • 250ml coconut water

  • A cupful of ice
Step by step this way

    Peel the mango. Slice the flesh off the stone. Chop into small chunks. Roughly chop the turmeric. Pop the mango and turmeric in your blender with the spinach and sesame seeds. Tip in a cupful of ice and the coconut water. Blitz till smooth.
