Ingredients you'll need
- 1 mango
- 100g baby leaf spinach
- A thumb of turmeric
- 25g sesame seeds
From your kitchen
- A cupful of ice
- 250ml ice cold water
Step by step this way

Peel the mango. Slice the flesh off the stone. Chop into small chunks. Roughly chop the turmeric. Pop the mango and turmeric into your blender with the spinach and sesame seeds. Tip in a cupful of ice and 250ml ice-cold water. Blitz till smooth.
