Nuts for Greens Shake

A gorgeously gluggable way to get your greens, this smoothie blends baby leaf spinach with crunchy peanuts, velvety banana and the dark sweetness of plump raisins, whizzing them all together with a dash of dairy free mylk.

Ingredients you'll need
- 100g baby leaf spinach
- 1 banana
- 35g peanuts
- 25g raisins
- 330ml dairy free whole mylk

- A few ice cubes
You'll need

- Measuring jug
Step by step this way

Tuck the baby leaf spinach into your blender. Peel and break in the banana. Tip in the raisins and the peanuts.

Pour in 330ml dairy free mylk (save the rest for this week’s other smoothies). Add a handful of ice cubes and blend till smooth and creamy. Pour into a couple of glasses and serve.
