Ingredients you'll need
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lime
  • 1 cucumber
  • 35g walnuts
  • 300ml maple water

Step by step this way

    Halve the avocado and scoop the flesh into your blender. Finely zest the lime, then slice off the pith. Chop the flesh. Add the lime zest and flesh to the blender.Chop the cucumber into chunks and add to the blender with the walnuts and a cupful of ice. Pour in the maple water. Blitz till smooth.
