Ingredients you'll need
- 1 papaya
- 1 lime
- 1 banana
- 125g dairy-free coconut yogurt
From your kitchen
- A few ice cubes
- 150ml cold water
Step by step this way

Peel the papaya. Cut it in half and scoop out the seeds. Slice the skin from the lime. Peel and chop the banana into chunks.

Pop everything into your blender with the coconut yogurt, a few ice cubes and 150ml cold water. Whizz till smooth, adding more water if you need to.
- Tip
Ripe and ready
When you unpack your box, you can put your papaya and banana together in a bowl or paper bag and leave them for a few days to help ripen the papaya.
