Salted Caramel & Peanut Shake

What better way to get your greens than in this super indulgent smoothie? Bananas, Medjool dates and a pinch of sea salt make it a sweet and salty shake, while baby leaf spinach brings in the green goodness.

Ingredients you'll need
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 35g peanuts
  • 50g baby leaf spinach
  • 330ml brown rice drink
From your kitchen
  • Sea salt
  • A few ice cubes

Step by step this way

    Peel the bananas and break them into your blender. Halve the Medjool dates and pull out the stones. Roughly chop the dates and add them to the blender. Tip in the peanuts. Tuck in the baby leaf spinach.

    Pour in 330ml brown rice drink (save the rest for this week’s other smoothies). Add a pinch of salt and a few ice cubes and blitz for a few mins till smooth. Serve straight away.

    Mr Freeze
    For a thicker shake, peel and slice the bananas the night before and freeze them. Use the frozen bananas in the smoothie and skip the ice cubes.
