Peppery Pineapple Lassi

Ingredients you'll need
- 1 pineapple
- 100g watercress
- 225g Greek style yogurt
From your kitchen
- A cupful of ice
Step by step this way

Cut the pineapple top off and slice off the skin. Chop the pineapple into small chunks. Place in your blender with the watercress and yogurt.

Add a large cupful of ice to the blender. Blitz together till smooth.
