Ingredients you'll need
  • 1 pineapple
  • 100g watercress
  • 225g Greek style yogurt
From your kitchen
  • A cupful of ice
Step by step this way
  • 1.

    Cut the pineapple top off and slice off the skin. Chop the pineapple into small chunks. Place in your blender with the watercress and yogurt.

    Add a large cupful of ice to the blender. Blitz together till smooth.

    Top of the pots This lassi only uses half your pot of yogurt – use the other half in your Date with a Toffee Apple smoothie.
