Kale, Apple & Mint Zinger

Ingredients you'll need
- 50g kale
- 1 lime
- 2 apples
- A thumb of ginger
- A handful of mint, leaves only
- 330ml almond milk

Step by step this way

Strip the kale leaves from the woody cores and discard the cores. Peel the lime and discard the peel. Roughly chop the lime flesh. Quarter the apples and remove the cores (leave the peel on). Chop into the apples into small chunks. Finely chop the ginger (no need to peel). Pick the mint leaves from the stalks.

Tip everything into your blender. Add 330ml almond milk and a handful of ice cubes. Blend till smooth.
