Green Monkey Smoothie

A velvety blend of cashews, bananas and baby spinach, spiked with a spicy spark of ginger. This smooth green glassful will give you so much nourishing energy you might just feel like swinging from the trees.

Ingredients you'll need
- 35g cashews
- 2 bananas
- 50g baby leaf spinach
- A thumb of ginger
- 330ml tiger nut drink
From your kitchen
- A few ice cubes
Step by step this way

Pop the cashews in your blender. Peel the bananas and add them to the blender with the spinach. Slice a 1cm chunk off the ginger, peel it and roughly chop it. Add it to the blender.

Pour in 330ml tiger nut drink and add a few ice cubes. Blitz for 1-2 mins till smooth and combined. Serve straight away.
