Halve the avocado and remove the stone. Scoop the flesh into your blender. Trim and coarsely grate the courgette and add to the avocado. Zest and juice in the lime. Sprinkle in the coconut flakes.
Pour in 330ml almond drink (save the rest for your other smoothies this week) and add a few ice cubes. Whizz together till smooth and creamy.
