Scrub and roughly chop the carrots (no need to peel them). Add the carrots to your blender. Peel the clementines and pull as much white pith off them as possible. Break the clementines into segments and add them to the blender.
Peel and break in the banana. Shake in the oats and tip in the raw cacao nibs.
Pour in 330ml tiger nut drink (save the rest of the carton for this week’s other smoothies). Add a handful of ice cubes and blend till thick and smooth. Pour into a couple of glasses and serve.
