- 2 oranges
- 125g blueberries
- 35g cashews
- 300ml maple water
- A few ice cubes
Slice the skin from the oranges and discard it. Pop the oranges into your blender with the blueberries and cashew nuts (see our tip about soaking the cashews ahead of time).
Pour in 300ml of the maple water and add some ice cubes. Whizz till smooth and creamy.
A nice long soak
If you have time, soak the cashews in water overnight. Drain, rinse and add to the blender with the rest of the ingredients. Soaking makes them easier to blend and may make them easier to digest.
