Banana Bread Smoothie

Ingredients you'll need
- 2 bananas
- 2 Medjool dates
- 25g sesame seeds
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 330ml almond milk

Step by step this way

Peel and chop the bananas. Halve the dates and discard the stones. Add everything to your blender with a large cupful of ice (see our get ahead tip for an easy, freezey alternative). Blend together till smooth. Taste and add more cinnamon if you like.

For a creamier, colder smoothie, place your chopped bananas into a freezerproof bag or tub. Freeze for at least 6 hours to overnight before blending. You may need to add a little water when you're blending your smoothie to get the right consistency. - Tip

This quantity will make 2 smoothies. Only use half the ingredients for 1 serving or if you're using a smaller blender.
