Avocado, Ginger & Kefir Smoothie

                    A rich and creamy green smoothie with a zippy zing of ginger and a fresh hit of mint. Kefir is the fabulous fermented yogurt drink that brings it all together.

                    Ingredients you'll need
                - 1 avocado
- 250ml kefir
- 25g sunflower seeds
- A thumb of ginger
- A handful of mint, leaves only
From your kitchen
                    - A few ice cubes
Step by step this way
                    - 1.Halve the avocado and scoop the flesh out into your blender. Pour in the kefir and tip in the sunflower seeds. Add a few slices of ginger (as much or as little as your prefer) and tuck in the mint leaves.
