- 2 nectarines
- 1 banana
- A handful of basil, leaves only
- 35g flaked almonds
- 250ml kefir
- A few ice cubes
- Cold water (optional)
Slice the nectarine flesh off the stones and pop in the blender. Peel the banana and break it into the blender. Tear in the basil leaves and tip in the flaked almonds.
Pour the kefir into the blender and add a few ice cubes. Blend for a few mins till smooth, trickling in a little cold water to make a thinner smoothie, if you think it needs it.
