Ingredients you'll need
  • 2 nectarines
  • 1 banana
  • 50g baby leaf spinach
  • 300ml maple water
From your kitchen
  • A few ice cubes
Step by step this way
  • 1.

    Slice the sweet nectarine flesh off the stones and add it to your blender. Peel and break in the banana. Tuck in the baby leaf spinach.

    Add a few ice cubes and pour in 300ml maple water. Blitz till smooth. Serve straight away.
